Website form capture

Turn every form submission into a support request

When a visitor submits a form on your website, Supportix creates a request with the information they entered. The request appears in the shared inbox, ready for your team to follow up.

  • Any form fields

Name, contact details, selected service, comments, and other information.

  • Automatic request creation

The request appears in the shared inbox and is immediately available to your team.

  • No lost requests

Every submission is saved together with the customer’s complete history.

Customer surveys

Ask customers how you did — right in the widget

Create surveys in Supportix and show them to visitors through the website widget. Responses are collected automatically, so you always know how customers rate your support.

  • Flexible questions

Ratings, multiple choice, or free text — build the survey your team needs.

  • Shown in the website widget

The survey appears in the same widget your customers already use to chat with you.

  • Results in one dashboard

Answers are collected and summarized in Supportix, next to your conversations.

Publish a help center your customers can search

Write categories and articles in Markdown, then publish them as a public help center on your own domain — or as a path on a domain you already use. Keep a separate knowledge base for each supported language, with a switcher between them.

  • Your own domain

Publish at help.yourcompany.com or yourcompany.com/help, with automatic HTTPS and domain verification from the dashboard.

  • Markdown articles, two templates

Write categories and articles in Markdown, order them by hand, and pick a template with your brand color and logo.

  • Search and draft previews

Customers search across every article. Keep new articles as drafts with a private preview link until you publish them.

  • Easy to find online

Supportix adds the technical information that helps search engines find and understand your published articles.

A simple process

From first message to resolution, without the chaos

01

02

Your support teammate responds

The request arrives in the web or mobile app with the customer’s details and conversation history.

03

The request is resolved quickly

The customer gets a useful answer without repeating information and leaves satisfied with the service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find the answer? Message us on Telegram or at info@supportix.co.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Your team works in a browser-based dashboard. You only need to add the widget to your website once.

Can I connect several channels at once?

Yes. Website chat, Telegram, Viber, email, and web forms work together and feed into the same inbox.

What happens to submitted form data?

After a form is submitted, Supportix creates a request and saves the submitted fields so your team immediately sees every detail.

Can I run customer surveys?

Yes. Create a survey in the survey manager and it is shown to visitors in the website widget. Responses are collected and summarized in your dashboard.

Can I publish a help center on my own domain?

Yes. A subdomain such as help.yourcompany.com is the simplest option. You can also use your root domain or a path such as yourcompany.com/help, but those options need additional domain or website configuration. Follow the setup guide for the address you choose.

Is Supportix suitable for a small team?

Yes. You can start with the essential channels and add more workflows as your team grows.
